Started rough: steep learning curve without the tools that new employees have today. My manager (no longer with the company) was a kniving liar, but things got better after that person left. Things have been up and down like everything in life. Despite COVID, the last two years have been great.

interacting with coworkers and ability to solve issues faster by just stopping by the office/cubicle of the person I need to talk with.

That it is clear that the company cares for its employees. It offers many avenues for personal and professional connections. I love the level of commitment to society and the environment.
