I've been here for 4 years out of my 20-year career and can honestly say it is the best company I have ever worked for. I am very happy with my role, my work, my Manager, and the company programs, benefits, ERG/D&I initiatives, etc.
The salary and bonus are decent. Benefits are great, employee perks and discounts are great and fun
Mutual respect, similar skill levels and mindset which enables a collaborative working dynamic. Independent but collaborative contrbutors.
My work feels validated, meaningful, and I enjoy it. My Manager is the best and I constantly feel supported.
Our team is great and has a lot of various skills to offer. They are respectful driven individuals for the most part.
The myriad of opportunities and resources that the company provides - I love getting all the email communications, newsletters, events, webinars, etc.
Genuine care of their employees, they listen to feedback and do the best they can to respond, adjust, and accomodate accordingly to personnel requests and questions.
They offer many programs to promote cultural diversity and inclusion. They also offer many opportunities for getting involved in the community, CARES events, and interesting health and wellness opportunities.
They actually care about their employees and our well being. I can tell that company culture, diversity and inclusion, community and volunteering are so important to the leadership of our organization. LOVE IT HERE!
The department I work in is great in terms of giving us leeway and opportunities to expand our skills and development, whether by working on new and challenging projects, or participating in professional certs and events.
Being part of such a prestigious mature global company full of talented resources, and bring proud of all the software and products that my organization has built and delivered to customers around the world in so many types of industries.
Some team members do the bare minimum or barely work/never online or available, but they never get held accountable. It is unfair to the high performers and high achievers who are dedicated to their work. I've also seen some very poor hiring decisions, especially regarding transfers.
While many coworkers are amazing, I have seen many team members who barely work, never get punished for it, and only do the bare minimum or less. I have also seen some poor hiring/transferring decisions where management placed unqualified employees in a position just to show they promoted within.
They are genuinely good people at the top who care about the employees just as much as they care about the company. It is obvious they put a lot of thought, effort, and initiative towards making us feel heard. They also do a great job communicating and having many programs to keep things motivating.
My compensation is fair and the benefits are good. I took a significant pay decrease from my last job to come here (the work is different), but I couldn't be happier because LNRS has just been so amazing in every possible way. I like how the incentive bonus is clearly laid out and transparent!
I feel valued very much by my manager and by department leader. However, as a professional with 15+ years of experience, I feel I am paid under market for working at a highly successful global tech company. I took a significant pay cut to come work at LN and am happy but pay could be better.
