Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall is positive, but much improvement is needed with D&I. The business preaches that ad nauseum, but falls incredibly short. The culture is not inclusive of ALL job levels, little opportunity for low-level job roles to be included in strategic meetings, travel, incentives, bonus, recognition.

Yes. Provide incentives and opportunities that sales people and management have.
