Too much red tape for job movement. Not paid enough or fairly.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The group communicates a lot

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are friendly, supportive, intelligent.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They're collaborative and helpful, always a pleasure to work with

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Getting paid more would make me feel better about my compensation.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Paying people at least market value for all positions, stop dragging feet on promotions

What are some of the best things about your team?

Many are willing to help out at the drop of a hat. I feel well supported by my teammates.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The politics here are astounding. Too many opinions on what people need are made by people too far removed from the real work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have been told a promotion is being discussed for over 8 months. Timelines are fuzzy and work is being done while getting paid significantly less than what is deserved based on market research

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salaries are not competitive, new people start at much higher salary wise compared to people already putting in the time for the same position. 401k match only vests after 3 years with company. Competitive salaries and 401k match being vested on a scale according to year seems plausible and fair
