
I Have been here for 8 years and my team does not document and hand hold for any tasks- you are on your own, allowing huge gaps for errors and decreased reliability since everyone does things they own way and don't document procedures
I suffered from a burnout and if that was permanent, i would have received only one half of my current pay, which would make me sick and poor! This needs to be addressed ASAP!

We roll with the punches to deal with the higher turnovers. The turnovers are constantly and it is all due to a lower salary and benefits and we don't retain talent. With that in mind, we always has to work more hours to compensate for the empty chair and start all over again.
We try to keep positive, expecting the company to do the right think, but they keep giving us their old talk of wonderful profit, and no increase to our salaries . the company should be paying in full for our benefits. Right now , HR is doing the minimum they can get away with and claiming is fair
