It has been very difficult 10 months, which have left me quite anxious about daily work. Therr have been no commission plans, lack of clarity on my Book of Business, performance, support from professional teams has been weak due to the lack of resources, and Managers were overworked.

I am happy about what we do to make the world a better place, and I really want us to succeed., although it can be challenging with the amount of bureaucracy and internal disorganization that distracts from what our purpose actually is.

Former Accuity employees are still not paid the same as LNRS counterparts of employees that started after the merger.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with knowledgeable colleagues that I can learn from, my manager's efforts to push me to the limits and improve, having good leads that are interested in discussions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Former Accuity employees are still not earning what their LNRS counterparts do. Other benefits (e.g. maternity leave package) have also been misaligned, depending on the employing entity.
