Care about people , very understanding and flexible during pandemic

breadth of health care coverage , ability to purchase additional PTO time

very collaborative environment. great work at home flexibility , periodic team meeting helpful to build connections

Company is always expanding their educational offering. Manager is very caring and communicative and helps us grow and expand our skills
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Openly communicate about issues and changes ie Pandemic office impact. Gave 2 extra days during pandemic to relieve some stress for employees during difficult time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
healthcare costs for low deductibles are extremely high over 1,000 per month for family coverage . High deductibles are an option but open customer to higher risk. Bonuses are nice yearly but need to be much more competitive with the market , raises percentages are not keeping up with inflation
