I have been here for many years and am not always recognized for the work I do. I have been working towards a promotion for years, but every time I have a manager change I have to start all over again. I see that women are not promoted as readily as the men are.

What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are all located in different places but there is still a cohesion and genuine desire to help each other, share information and best practices and a lot of comradery.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been told by upper management that the only way to make more money is to leave and then come back. That is not good for retention as we have seen lately.
