LexisNexis is a great place to make a career. It's not perfect. Every company has its problems, but the people here are what make it worthwhile.
Interacting with my coworkers makes me the happiest.
Feeling like my work makes a positive impact.
Our PTO is generous compared to most other US companies.
They're just good people. Great work gets done with great people.
Our culture is incredibly inclusive and always looks to find reasons to celebrate people.
Feeling like my work has positively impacted our organization and understanding my contribution to the company's success.
They're genuinely good people. No matter the circumstances, they're always friendly and willing to help. There are no unhealthy competitions or unhealthy behaviors occurring.
Flexibility. We have a general framework for our employment, but it's always clear that we can discuss any specific circumstances/needs with our managers and I feel that those are taken seriously.
An example of something I valued, was our most recent Cares event. The Finance organization came together to build gift boxes for foster children. Becky volunteered along with us. She walked around to each table to catch-up with everyone and I really valued her carving that time out of her schedule.
