What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company and all its leaders understand that people are the most important part of the company, and that our success translates into company success. There is support, focus on our growth, open dialogue, meaningful feedback - on the ongoing basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have observed two situations when my co-workers receiving salary increase up to 20% when they receive offer from the market and their manager wants to retain them. It convinced me that our company pays in the lower range of the market rate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration and support we give to each other on the on-going basis. In my team there is a culture that "it's ok to make a mistake, you will learn from it". It promotes creativity, makes it easier to embrace change, and to challenge yourself to be the best you can be at all times. I love my team!
