The team that i work for are genuine and are great to work with.

Company really puts great effort on ERG's and ERG events, many times having free lunches and perks for attending.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership need to be more flexible with remote days due to special circumstances, and all teams should have the same type of flexibility

We are one of the few teams that have all kinds of background in work and ethnicity and is great to work with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We get paid under market value, benefits are good but not great nothing that makes you say wow i want to work for that company.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ocassional time i get recognized by peers, and having time to be me and put my effort on work that benefits me outside of home.
