The 401K with company match and the HSA
401K match; wellness program; availability of an HSA.
401K, ESSP, Healthcare options, and HSA.
Commitment to employee well being
They seem to truly care about me as a person.
Their dedication and enthusiasm for the job, and their sociability.
Their fiscal prudence and transparency, even when the news isn't all great.
They show they care about us as people. They don't just say it.
They seem to really care about the people who make the company successful.
The flexibility and choices given to make the best decisions for my situation
401k plan is great. The company match is the highest I've ever seen.
They have proven that they genuinely care about their people. It isn't just lip-service.
Each individual's willingness to jump in and help anyone at any time and do it cheerfully.
The team members' willingness to step in and help each other and really work as a team.
Inclusivity, the ability to speak my mind without fear of repercussions. and their willingness to listen to differing opinions.
They seem to have their priorities straight. Take care of your people, and your people will move mountains for you.
They are smart, talented, and care about each other. There isn't an "It's all about me" person on the team.
The team works together to solve problems, share ideas, and look out for each other. Even cross-functional teams work together well.
401K match is the best I've seen. Healthcare and other insurance is affordable. Recent reintroduction of an Employee stock purchase plan is valuable to me, too.
They foster a positive culture in an inclusive environment. They make changes only after thoughtful consideration of the impact and benefits to the company and the employees.
The benefits, especially 401K with 6% company match; HSA with financial incentives for healthy choices; reasonable health care costs; and the ability to work remotely for work-life balance.
Their high level of transparency and frequency of communication. Very seldom do I feel like I'm in the dark about an important matter concerning the running of the business.
How comprehensive it is. We have a wide range of health care coverage choices, a great 401K match, and flexible working arrangements that work for me and my team.
I'm privileged to have a diverse team of dedicated and hard working individuals. Team members are supportive of each other and work hard, but still like to have fun together.
My leaders are competent, committed, and bring a world of energy to their work. They are not afraid to have difficult conversations and always - always - do the right thing.
Highest level of 401K match I've ever experienced. Even after a recent 1-2% match reduction it is better than the market. Also, the wellness incentives that encourage self-care and help fund my HSA are unbelievable.
My teams are extremely talented, dedicated, invested, and hard working. I almost never need worry that they might not do the right thing, which frees my time to take care of their needs and navigate our future growth.
They've led the company to grow even in trying years, so you can't argue with that success. LNRS has a very positive, inclusive, and diverse culture. Culture is driven most successfully from the top down, and the corporate leadership team is sincerely invested in building a positive culture.
I'm paid enough, but I believe my salary is below market for my position. The company culture and the way leadership proves that they value us as employees and as people that more than makes up for any salary disparity with the market. The 401K is great even with the reduction in the cap.
