They are far more interactive than previous years and welcome comments from up and down the chain.
We all support one another and work well collaboratively and this particularly shone through during the pandemic
We are open to communication and work well as a team and are given opportunities outside of the immediate role
There are greater opportunities to lead and grow not just in the day job but in wider ERG's and teams

We are actively encouraged to be better today than we were yesterday - there is a growth mindset and increase in psychological safety and a target that we are all moving towards.
We are social and interactive despite the challenges of home workers and hybrid workers across two offices. We share our knowledge and one way we take turns in this is via monthly meetings.
We are encouraged to have strong values and high performance culture - I am recently getting more involved with ERG groups for Peri-menopause/menopause as well as Disability and I believe these will get a lot of support.
It has become a far more inclusive and open culture in the past couple of years and I see the focus on this continuing. There is a much greater shared sense of purpose to achieve what we need to do to push the business forward.
