I love working for the company

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I feel like I've come to a point where there's no room for career development. The management has been very supportive. From talking to my colleagues, it seems that most people decline other job offers (even better paid) because of their company relationships. We like working together.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is very supportive and knowledgeable.

What makes you most happy at work?

Feeling appreciated, understood, having a purpose

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Flexible working and being encouraged to learn new things.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to split focus equally on both the customers and the employees.

What makes you most happy at work?

Seeing others succeed thanks to my input or as a result of my contribution/my work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

the salaries are not competetive and it's about time for the company to come out of their denial.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The compensation team should take a hard look at themselves and get more in touch with the industries market values. We are being underpaid. There is no transparency around compensation.
