Accomplishing things and not having to cut through so much red tape or incompentent employees mistakes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company drives its initiatives regarding DEI and ERG and Cares very hard to try to make us all better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a long time employee, clearly committed to the company, it is very disheartening to see them hiring new people in with out the knowledge, but paying them at least 25%+ more. Committed employees should be valued more and not be restricted to tiny annual increases, or set/limited raise structures.
