I have really enjoyed being able to work remote during the pandemic while at the same time having access to my team for questions and training. It's definitely a learning curve for someone coming from an outside field but my team has been extremely helpful and patient.

I appreciate the solidarity and teamwork amongst our team, and the efforts to reach out and chat even now working remotely.

All friendly, very helpful, and always willing to assist me and answer questions without making me feel bad for needing to ask them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Providing challenges and projects to employees that show promise and ask for more, along with the compensation that would go along with that, would improve overall growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is frustrating that we get reports back on company growth and financial success, but remain in a hiring freeze and I am paid below market value for my position. At minimum, compensation should keep up with cost of living.
