The management team is willing to change if needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
running my own territory, hate being held up by our internal teams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
all are pretty good. I hear we are lower than the market place.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other larger organization pay at 15K more for my position. I recently interviewed with Gartner Group.
What makes you most happy at work?
Lately, all of 2023, I haven't been exited to come to work. Something is off in my group.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We offer solutions that are on the edge of being great. We just need an step up to make them great!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our manager need to foster a team. We never have a team meeting and we certainly don't rush to help others on the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Foster communication &continued education. I feel strongly certain people have information and its not shared. I also believe my manager can not foster a team environment and my team doesn't work together to reach our goals.
