What are some of the best things about your team?
It honestly takes a village here at LN to move things through. The best part is that everyone seems to realize that and is always there to help.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finding opportunities and following them to the end result which is revenue for the company. Working to identify how LN can help carriers be more competitive and profitable in the marketplace. All is all- providing solutions for our carrier partners.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Raise the bar for excellence and set clear goals. The goals are broken down so we know what needs to be done by quarter, year etc. to get to the overall goal of $2B. The leadership team works to be as transparent as possible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The opportunity to receive VC. However, that could be a more transparent process. It is not always clear and I hear of some substantial issues that have arisen. I was also told that the VC was set up to each territory can attain it, that seems too generalized.
