We are a family and we all enjoy working together. The only complaint I have is that we have unrealistic expectations on when projects are due and we don't have enough people to do the work.

Well we work like a family. I love my work family. The work it self is great but slowing down a little would really help my stress and mental health.

The people I work with are the reason I love going to work.

Working from home is my favorite part. The rest is just like everyone else.

We are like a family even though we are all located in different states.

The inclusion of everyone. I love the variety of people and the acceptance of all.

Remote workers are included in team building. We work hard but get along very well.

My team is full of caring wonderful people. We work together better than I've ever seen a team work. We genuinly like each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really care about me as a person rather than just a body to fill a slot. They care about my wellbeing which is amazing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have a good benifits package except for the medical. It's gotten rediculously expensive. The good benifits does not make up for the low pay though.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. I can't say I'm excited to go to work because it's still work and the constant stress of rush rush rush is hard and has taken a toll on my health. I do still love my job and the people I work with.
