The ability to work from home and the many selections for healthcare, vision and dental. I still believe the company should contribute more to employee benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Organizations goals are skewed (based on current economic conditions and unattainable), thus making it impossible for sales team to achieve and in turn not receiving any variable compensation.
