
My time has allowed me to grow and contribute meaningfully w/in our company. The last few years have left me with no challenges or meaningful way to contribute as my direct leadership compartmentalizes information and does NOT promote her team. There is a noticeable lack of leadership.
I think the insurance business is going to be a commodity as AI advances and customers figure out how to get what they want w/out us.

There is no growth or leadership, it's a go figure it out attitude and not the leadership I expect!
Work with individuals to be challenged for growth as they request, communicate, what is happening communications only move upward, and allow visibility instead of shoving everyone to the background.
Decision paralysis by senior leaders, petty vindictiveness by VPs, paying lip service to the concept of career growth. If they don't like you personally, they won't promote you, regardless of your performance.
