It's a good stable job with a lot of flexibility. I am in a specific niche so helps to be secure in the job but also limited opportunities for career advancement.

We are a diverse group and the vast majority are friendly.

Getting something done (project, presentation) and learning something new (market insight from customers etc.)

flexibility (ex: work from anywhere programme) Pay for New York is too low though.

They don't get involved in our day to day work. They let us to our thing.

We are diverse and inclusive. I really appreciate the market knowledge and passion for aviation of my colleagues.

interaction with clients and colleagues (i.e conferences and travel). And sometimes time to focus on a more complex assignment.

Experts in their field and happy to share insights and work as a team (rather than undercut a colleague to make themselves look good).

Working on a good challenge and interacting with clients. It used to be to travel to see clients, but it seems we are cutting back on travel a lot.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is the best part. Paternity leave is crazy short and surprised it does not even offer 100% pay for the period. Dental insurance coverage is not enough. Optical coverage is not enough
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Healthcare is too expensive in the US. In other places the health costs are 100% covered (for the individual at least). So why not in the US? $5000 deductible for a family after $6500 a year paid in premiums is too much and really cuts into what I get to keep of my paycheck.
