I've been here for over 20 years and have continually advanced in my career every 2-3 years. The challenges and opportunities keep growing and I have plenty of opportunities to move to another part of the business to grow and take on bigger roles. I love it here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Plenty of PTO, the 401K match is great, they keep measuring salary against industry averages to stay competitive, and health benefits are competitive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all learning together and look out for each other. When we do get a chance to meet in person, it feels really good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all working together to solve big societal issues. We are trying to be innovative in our approach. People are generally nice and helpful to each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lots of fun when we get together. Its a relatively new team so we make sure take time to build connections and find ways to meet in person as often as possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they communicate the business goals and vision clearly and often. I like that they talk about employee welfare and health. I am inspired by the leadership skills of many in our leadership team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team cares about people's development, work-life balance, continued development, while at the same time staying aggressive, competitive and focused on solving our customer's problems. I've worked here for over 20 years and I know people who have worked longer. The culture is awesome!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know our compensation and benefits do not match other offers I see in the market for similar roles. It especially hurts when I get great feedback that I'm doing very well and better than peers. Yet when we do a market comparison I am at or below the median for my compensation.
