Very challenging and fast paced, great, very bright, engaged people work here. The only negative I see with our company is we run a bit too lean with hiring additional employees to help with our bandwidth of what we are able to produce.

LNRS has been good to me, and I have worked hard and been a productive employee for the company. For the most part, my direct leadership has been fair to work for and the work has been challenging and rewarding.

My tenure here has been challenging and rewarding, I am a People Leader and therefore I feel informed and rewarded fairly as to my salary, however we are not often able to hire as strong as talent as we need due to lower salaries, and almost insignificant bonus structures of individual contributors.

The best part of our compensation package is most employees have an opportunity for bonus.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our salary base is comparable, but our bonus structures are very low compared to other companies of like size.

What I like best about our leadership team is the consistent messaging we receive on our overall strategy and goals.

For the most part the people are what makes our culture so great as well as our hybrid work environment.

Colleagues and leadership team recognizing the value of what you or your team does towards positive business impact makes me happy.

We work as a team to get things done, we have a ton of interaction both in office and WFH, we connect often.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My own team is one of the best, I would compare our productivity levels over any other - they are extremely dedicated and passionate about the work we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More often than not, the salaries are in line with market for myself and my team. Our bonus plans are dismal, especially for Individual Contributors - it is an embarrassment to offer such a low bonus after such revenue profitable years.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is in line with role. However, the bonus % is considerably lower than the mkt and at our competitors. It is only because of my level that my bonus is somewhat closer (should be min. 15% of salary to be in line w/ market). Bonus' are embarrassingly low for my employees. Not in line w/mkt!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility to work from home, I tend to get a lot of heads down work done at home, and when I need to collaborate or connect with others, I come to the office a couple of days a week or more. Leadership recognizing that we can be productive and that they trust us WFH is the reason why I stay.
