Friendly, caring and always happy to help others with questions or those who need it

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people and how the MD has taken an active interest in each individuals personal growth and wellbeing. Moving the focus for each employee and feeling like they can grow and develop in the company to build their career without leaving

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compared to like for like roles in competitor companies I am paid a lower base salary and have lower bonus/commission amounts. My hesitation is that we will lose good people if they are offered much higher salaries elsewhere and it will be difficult to meet the performance goals we have set out.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Over the last year the focus has moved onto our people's wellbeing and whilst we had a lot of turnover of staff I feel there is a marked difference since 12 months ago. The company structure and recent internal promotions have made a lot of sense and I really feel that people are now fully committed
