Good company as such but the workload has reached insane levels this year so I am questioning my reasons for staying.

Very supportive environment and friendly atmosphere in the company. You can speak to anyone regardless of seniority.

There is a sense of optimism and that any issue can be discussed and resolved. Everyone is very supportive and open.

Most of the team is very focused, I can count on them to deliver and trust them to do their jobs well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was promised a promotion last year which has not materialised. I am working evenings and weekends. It is 20:30 as I write this. I would feel better if promises were kept in a timely manner.

I know how much I get paid compared to my co-worker who is in the same position, and I know how much more I do and innovate. A fair salary that reflects my efforts would dissuade me from actively job hunting.
