Pay people what they deserve. more than 3% especially when shareholders get 6% as a dividend increase

not much to be honest. new editors don;t understand the role of the leader. Company leaders promise one thing but do another

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Wouldn't mind a promotion given all the feedback I've received is very good, and I should "keep doing what I'm doing" which implies the lack of promotion is due to budgetary concerns or a manager not willing to tell me where to improve.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay people what they deserve. more than 3% especially when shareholders get 6% as a dividend increase In steps I should take to move up to the next promotion level - my manager said I should continue doing what I'm doing - while others are promoted. Motivation killer for sure
