Our company culture is productively laid back. Over all I feel very relaxed and engaged at work.

their adaptability. They executed a very clear and thoughtful plan towards the covid situation. They've earned my respect many times over.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and I have wonderful chemistry. We all bring different strengths to the table and do a tremendous amount of collective brainstorming to deliver the best experience for our users.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy working with my co-workers. We have an awesome team that's comprised of a vast makeup of different cultures. I respect their view points and just enjoy learning, working and growing with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I can't complain about my current compensation rate, I am one to advocate for decent compensation increases for long term employees who have proven over time they can fulfill and in some cases exceed their responsibilities.
