Overall, I like my company. The people are nice and the job is not bad at all. I wish there was more room to grow.

I have enjoyed working here for nearly 5 years. I plan to stay as long as I'm able to grow into new roles and better pay. Growth is important to me and I genuinely believe it is possible here!

They take time to explain all decisions fully to everyone and they do ask for input from all levels.

Paid time off is above average from my own personal experience. I don't know many friends with similar pto.

My team is super nice and mostly seasoned on our products so we are knowledgeable. New hires are welcomed and encouraged to ask all the questions.

Increased pay commensurate with my experience and the market. Better PTO/ Loyalty sabbatical, Better health coverage (100% paid by employer), and WFH stipend for Internet/office equipment.

My team is full of very smart, very driven people who care about doing good work. They are also empathetic and supportive at all times. We really have a great team!

Slower days where I can complete an entire to do list. Most of the time the list keeps growing but once in a while I finish several big tasks at once and can breathe a bit.

Smooth processes, not running into technical roadblocks. These roadblocks create disruptions in my delivery schedule which looks bad to clients. So anytime I can run and deliver a project without technical issues is a happy day!

Having a great manager I can count on and having a teammate who is a good friend and dependable. I know that if I take time off my team will cover my main tasks to ensure my return day isn't awful.

RELX / LNRS put an emphasis on taking out time off and providing time off for ERG participation. That's nice to see and based on my experiences across the org i making a difference on culture as well. We have tons of inclusive managers and teams.

My coworkers are great but I wont pretend to look forward to speaking with them. They do their work well and things run very smoothly. I like them as coworkers but we are not close friends and that is not a bad thing. They're good people.

Working remotely provides a better work/life balance so everyone I work with is just happier and better rested now. We do better work with fewer errors and that makes the job so much better. I don't spend time correcting mistakes or having to tell someone they've made mistakes.

I have been at the same position for 3.5 years and not been promoted to the next step despite being more than qualified. I have brought this up so they are aware I would like to be. It would make no difference to team structure as I am already doing the work of a 3 while being paid as a 2.
