Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It is not that I feel undervalued, more that I am not convinced I am paid the correct salary for the job I am doing. I would like to see more transparency with regards to salary banding.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not feel that I am currently paid what I am worth for the job that I am doing. It has evolved and become quite complex and technical, with more responsibility and therefore the salary should reflect this. The company is too slow to reward people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The job that I do is complex and stressful and involves managing a global team. I believe that I do not get paid quite enough for it. The salary is not terrible but it could be better. It has been explained to me that it is benchmarked against other companies but they should reconsider.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that the work that I am doing, which is rather complex, were I employed by another company I would be paid better. I have been with the company a long time and am hopeful one day I will be compensated accordingly. I feel that the benchmarking does not quite fit the role i currently perform.
