Overall, it's been positive. There are things that need to be fixed. Namely, transitions. If you work on a new project/initiative or change teams, you can NEVER let you of what you used to work on. This company needs to improve on transferring ownership and job transitions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My health insurance is pretty affordable. I like that we have a group legal plan as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership seems to place a high value on work life balance. Sometimes they don't practice it themselves but they do preach it to us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I guess I need clarification on who the 'leadership team' includes here. In my division, I think the leaders are overall great in that they are approachable, compassionate and want us to be successful.
