The company structure is good, but the management team rarely offers "positive reinforcement" - they only tell you what's wrong and why something was not done - it is hard to complete everything in a single day with the restriction of working from 8am - 5pm.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Attention to detail, asking the right questions and overall positive demeanor.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The CARES program is a great way to give back to the community but I feel that we place so much emphasis on working and making the numbers, that CARES events/projects are pushed to the side.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Since my start date at Accuity, our targets/metrics/goals are constantly being shuffled and always changing, so you never know if you are doing a good job. With the fast paced environment of our team, you think you are hitting goals/numbers, but a "good job" is rare; its always "what about this?"

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With inflation rates rising, I cannot afford to put food on my table, on top of the bills that need to be paid monthly. The salary is lower than the average 45k that most entry level employees start their job with and the bonus structure is flawed because it does not assess the individual teams.
