What do you like best about the leadership team?
Bold vision and unapologetic pursuit of high performance and growth in an industry clearly (or so it seems) geared to a world that needs our information and help.
What makes you most happy at work?
There's an underlying market demand for the information and solutions we provide. There's so much room for growth and we are racing to keep up with demand. Growing business, like growing babies, need lots of parental resources. It's exhausting and never ending and thrilling.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We solve customer problems, I'm super good at what I do and as long as mgmt stays out of my way and gives me what I need, I will succeed and continue to improve my skills. And that is exactly what is expected of me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We've bonded through the trauma of a horribly mismanaged and ill planned integration of a 2020 business acquisition. Reasons for the acquisition were sound, the carry out was an absolute shit show- an elementary school play of how the big kids play at business. Zero mgmt accountability or awareness
