I don't feel I am paid fairly for the job and its expectations. Providing compensation at or above market-rate would be a big help.

Providing fair compensation. Salary transparency. Being involved when HR makes changes to job structures. Effective communication between HR and full-time employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation appears to be below the market average for the role and accountabilities. Providing market-rate salary for the same level of responsibilities that pay higher elsewhere would definitely help a long way.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel like I am being underpaid for the level of contributions and work I bring to the table. Providing better compensation and better benefits package should be a great opportunity for the company to value my contributions.
