Assigned work is clearly defined. Pay isn't the best. Coworkers are good people. Corporate environment seems good overall.

While working here I have enjoyed the company of my peers and the work is somewhat engaging. Though they pay and benefits are lacking.

When I first started I had some very savvy individuals on my team who were able to teach me several things. Most the talented individuals on my team have left for other higher paying opportunities though.
What makes you most happy at work?
Researching and providing new solutions to new problems.

Compensation has not kept up with cost of living.

Even while remote I feel connected through our online interactions.

When I am able to complete a project ahead of schedule.

I like the live town hall meetings and q and a after.

I appreciate the passion they express about our DI, CARES and Green Team ERGs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Employee Resource Groups are nice. I would like more time and effort put into those.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less than the median income for my state and less that the reported livable wage in the state.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If an employee was valued highly in their evaluations then the employees compensation should have been increased by 9 or 10%.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It would be nice if my fellow employees wanted to improve themselves by learning and getting industry recognized certifications such as CompTIA certifications.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Understanding that work life balance is important. Allowing us to work from home when issues arise such as a sick member of the household or auto trouble.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how much we give back to the community and work towards diverse accepting workforce. (there were more diversity and inclusion events I was aware of last year though)
What are some of the best things about your team?
We bring a diverse background to the table and if I have questions there is always someone to address them by explaining the solution to me or pointing me in the right direction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been working for home which costs me more and saves the company more but have not received any wfh assistance such as highspeed internet assistance or stipend to assist with home office expenses. Probably not the companies direct fault; our dental and vision insurance programs are jokes.
