Very welcoming atmosphere but staff lacks business maturity and projects move very slow.

Our employees are mostly friendly and trying their best.

Our leadership team is down to earth and friendly with employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits are not what I was used to at a large company...better healthcare benefits at a more competitive cost, company HSA contribution, ESPP, flex Fridays etc.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Groups I work closely with have many staff members whos skills do not match the position they are in and it puts an extra burden on me and other teams.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Other groups' we need to business partner with do not have the skills to match our effort. When others try to help them they still do not understand or do not want the help.
