What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly, helpful, and encouraging. They are available when I have questions, supportive of my work, and come across as genuine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel like my starting salary is on par with the market value for someone with as many years of experience as me.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexible work environment (being trusted rather than micro managed like I was at my previous place of employment), and the feeling of accomplishment that comes with completing tasks.
