Train managers on how to be leaders, make sure people engage, have better operation systems.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication (have collaborative meeting with the team, make sure everyone is on the same page, etc), Organization (leading the team on where to go, assigning tasks properly, etc) & Training (systems, on boarding, etc)
