They are open and make time for issues being raised.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The future of the work me and my team are doing is unclear, there is a lot of tech debt and no strong leadership to make decisions, we are in theory supposed to be data-driven but it doesn't translate in practice, I am doing the work of three and feel like failing because roles are not being filled
