What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
100% work from home if you wish. Just do the work, we don't care where.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Intelligence and respect. I love working with smart people and I love working with people who are open to my ideas and can even surpass them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are "open" to ideas. I think we can do more, but I have been able to approach them and offer ideas. This is key to growth and why I am staying here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Percepio! Most definitely the internal learning resources. I believe Percepio is linked with Skillsoft. As ex bookstore we had A cloud Guru, Cloud Academy, Lynda and others. Now I would like us to engage Lynda and either one of the two above but Skillsoft is fantastic.
