Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It used to be good but when the economical crisis hit, the leadership showed their true values, which are not exactly to be praised. They also became less transparent. I don't trust them anymore.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
medical insurance and bonus once a year

Listen to other people and not imposing their opinions.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency and fairness. Plus apply Corporate Responsibility inside the company. Now it's pure greenwashing.

The best things are the solidarity/support and the respectful way we treat each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least increasing my salary to keep up with inflation plus do not punish me for other people's shortcomings.
