Seeing my team! Though the feeling of accomplishment after working does come in at a close second.

They're so kind!!! I love my team, I look forward to seeing them every week either online or in person.

Family comes first here. If there is one thing I can say for certain, it's that we prioritize work-life balance and maintaining good health.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being paid, to be honest, I wouldn't have taken a hybrid position at all if the pay wasn't above what I was expecting as a remote worker.

The best part of the package is probably our time off structure. I know that's not directly compensation, but I have more paid time off than my friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is accessible and listens to their organization, though I've sometimes seen the group not see eye to eye, they have always been respectful and considerate of opinions/ideas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always teaching me new things. They show up excited to work on new projects and always make sure to have a laugh when things get stressful to take the edge off.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love our executive team's commitment to diversity and volunteer work. I always see them participating in diversity and inclusion events. Even going so far as booking volunteer time on everyone's calendar every few months just so we can do it as a team.
