compensation that is in line with the industry standard

Salary and Merit increases that take into account inflation along with comparable corporations

Compensation that would be, at the very least, equal to the average in said fields

Direct involvement with compensation and benefits packages. LNRS has fallen behind compared it's competitors in that regard.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation and benefits that align with our competitors. Right now LNRS is rather behind the bend in both, especially considering the open positions available at other corporations.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

LNRS benefits packages are not competitive in the marketplace. Especially in the terms of salary, medical benefits and the ability of joining a credit union or some other financial institution
