My direct manager and supervisors are insightful, trustworthy, considerate, and extraordinary educators and learners.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues are perceptive, reliable, thoughtful, and exceptional educators and learners. I can approach them with any question, and if they don’t have the answer, they will offer alternatives
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The commitment and resolve to create a psychologically safe environment at Risk are commendable. There is potential for Risk to enhance its efforts in eliminating unpleasant, hostile, and toxic individuals across all levels.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works very hard. Everyone is fair, intelligent, compassionate, works as a team, enjoys being around each other, is always willing to help each other and has no issues working late or doing whatever it takes to do their best job. It is a pleasure to work together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions based on skillset, dedication, work contributions, going above and beyond your job description when you were hired. If I was hired on 2018 and it's 2022 and I'm doing far more than the scope of that original 2018 job description, I should be promoted and promoted to the level I am now.
