What makes you most happy at work?

Humans. People-centric. The approach to making sure the mission of work is accomplished but enabling just enough time for creativity. New ideas. Innovation. The willingness of others to listen.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The opportunity to ease in, friendly welcome, long vision, heavy investment in new employees. The culture is geared toward keeping employees safe, informed, and productive. I feel that I can make mistakes, learn from them, and move on toward success.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Well-experienced. Industry knowledgeable. Something knowledgeable. A good blend of Insurance industry experience and fresh eyes and ears. The team is willing to translate different business discipline languages in a way that creates synergies. Everyone is willing to teach, learn, and coach.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not feel professionally undervalued. I think the company will benefit from offering a better performance-driven bonus structure, a stock discount or match up to a certain percent of salary per band. Every employee should be an owner. It changes the entire mindset of the employee-base.
