Good company but have to fix some things with benefits and motivation employees. I don't feel like the company values employees as much as they do managers/directors/etc. I feel like if you know someone you are able to grow faster and get more raises to reach your full potential. It does happen!

We have CARES hours to give back.

We're all younger running a state that brings the company a lot of money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I researched the market, even presented some salaries on multiple websites, including salaries from LN with the same title and grossly underpaid. Health benefits are horrible and can be the breaking point when someone decides to stay or leave. They need to priced lower with lower deductibles!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More motivation...2% bonuses at the end of the year is not motivational. Managers receiving more than 2% is sending a wrong message to employees. Managers are not showing/giving kudos/perks when doing a good job. It's like everything is going well so let's just leave that team alone.
