What are some of the best things about your team?
Super friendly team but because most of my team works remotely, we don't get a chance to meet.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My PD and manager have a lot of experience and guide me well with my tasks and correct me if my approach of thought process is not ideal
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to learn a lot of things, which I doubt I would have if I joined another company. The fact that people are always willing to share their knowledge is amazing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone works to earn money, and to save some too. Giving the current cost of living crisis, I think the compensation is a bit low since I can't save money at all. All of it goes towards paying bills and daily expenditure.
