
I enjoy the people and the work, but as a manager and the thing that would make me leave is the constant struggle to manage people salaries. Budget and HR support is non existent and I feel its totally left up to me to try to manage, which is impossible.

Our salaries are so under market, its effecting how we hire. We're not getting the best talent or retaining the good talent we have. We aim at mid point, but with budgets we're struggling to do that.We talk about good company performance but then freeze promotions. The burden is all on managers
