I like it, but I wish there were more roles and responsibilities of a traditional data analyst as well as the tools needed.

I enjoy it and the catering we do when we have events at the office. Pay is better than average, but not great. Plus there's lots of ways to contribute to the community and it's encouraged.

More fun events or better pay

The ease of the work and the lack of physical work needed

better and more events for the whole company, not just for the regions

The help I may need, my coworkers go above and beyond to make sure I have an answer

being able to solve issues, improve on our standards/practices, coming up with solutions that others couldn't figure out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The average pay for someone in my role is significantly less than what the average market says in my position.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Salary increases, and I think there's an excessive amount of trying to fit in with the world in my opinion

Understanding, caring, going the extra mile for me when I have a business or personal crisis and looks out for me and each other.

they are friendly, actually look out for my best interest and guide me on errors that I made with what to do next time if this happens.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary that is offered here is well below the market average for someone of my position. Being able to be paid more closer to the average or even more would make me feel better about compensation.
