It is a fairly solid company in that the industry is stable. The company continues to grow and innovate. The people are loyal to the company and give a lot of their lives to accomplish the mission. I appreciate company efforts to have various programs to help keep employees engaged.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishment of a project or task and hearing that it is valued. Having a cohesive and caring management team that is invested in my success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are willing to coordinate to resolve issues. They are professional and seek to get the job done every time and on-time. They participate in team lunches and team building.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many employees are very loyal to the company, are engaged, and have many close social and professional relationships. The company does sponsor many social programs and online resources for wellness and general improvement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep us informed of the mission and goals of the company. They try to keep employees engaged with ERG programming and wellness and diversity and inclusion programs. They do not do mass layoffs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just don't feel I was given enough training to do my job. I felt like I was drowning at times and driven by fear that I might get fired. I need to know what is my job salary range here so that would give me better confidence. I also interviewed for a job outside and salary was higher.
